I used the nexus mod manager, which i have used to mod skyrim and skyrim special edition, also i used two youtube videos, one i realise is out dated, however the other is the latest from the guy who made it, so i assume it works. ini file did you make them? It's the Fallout4Custom.ini you need to add 3 lines to for nexus mods to work. If you mean nexus mods, did you download NMM? I have no Beth mods and know nothing about their mod manager.
